Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Your privacy matters, especially given the personal nature of conversations on Mirasera. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect. Account details (name, email, timezone), booking and payment records, messages sent through the platform, and any homework/notes shared between you and your specialist. We do not record or store video/audio from sessions.
2. How we use it. To provide and bill for the service, communicate with you (booking confirmations, reminders, receipts), and improve the platform. We never sell your data.
3. Who can see what. Your specialist sees what you share with her (messages, homework, session notes) and — for accountability and billing — whether and when a session happened. Reviews you leave: your rating and any public comment are shown publicly attributed only by first name and last initial, never your full identity; a private note you leave is visible only to your specialist and Mirasera admin.
4. Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details ourselves.
5. Data retention. We keep account and booking records as long as your account is active, and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes afterward.
6. Your rights. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account, by emailing care@miraserapsychology.com.
7. Security. We use industry-standard practices (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
8. Changes. We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
9. Contact. Questions about this policy: care@miraserapsychology.com.
